If you want to cancel your order, we will do our best to stop it from shipping, but this is not guaranteed. Orders cannot be canceled once a tracking link has been generated, but they can be returned, subject to our Returns Policy. Our agents are on hand to assist with this.
Product Information
PnP X Replacement Pods by VooPoo are replaceable and refillable vape pods with 5mL e-liquid capacity and a removeable 510 drip tip that can accommodate for both direct-lung (DL) and mouth-to-lung (MTL) vaping. VooPoo PnP-X Pods also have a child-proof top fill via a hidden fill port, a clear plastic body to see your vape juice level and run on VooPoo PnP Coils for intense vapour flavour and medium to large vape clouds.
COMPATIBLE WITH SOOOO MANY VAPE KITS!
VooPoo PnP-X Pods can be switched out for PnP Pods and PnP MTL Pods (compatible with PnP Coils), or TPP and TPP X Pods (compatible with TPP Coils)! Yes, you can use any of these pods interchangeably on literally any VooPoo Pod Vape Kit that is compatible with PnP Pods. This means PnP-X Pods can be used with a long list of VooPoo vape kits:

The simple and convenient features of the VooPoo PnP X Replacement Pods will make any vapouriser a pleasure to vape:
- Hidden top-fill port - child-proof fill port; push the black button at the top side of the pod, turn top cap to the left until you reach the rubber plug, lift the rubber cover and fill with your favourite e-liquid. Reverse these steps to close the top cap and vape.
- Clear PnP X Body - easy to keep an eye on your juice level.
- 5mL e-juice capacity.

VooPoo PnP Coils (not included) – dense vapour flavour and mid to massive vape clouds depending on which coil you use from the large variety of resistance and wattage available.
- Simple coil changing – just pull out the old and press in the new from the bottom of the pod.
- 510 drip tip – removes from pod for easy cleaning or replacement.
- Magnets keep pod in place – PnP X Pod is magnetically held in place so it doesn’t come off while carrying.
- MTL vaping:
- Purchase low-resistance but lower-wattage PnP Coils (0.3 - 0.6 ohm) to loosely MTL vape, similar to how you’d draw on a smoke (draw vapour in, hold it in your mouth, then inhale to the lungs).
- Purchase MTL-specific PnP Coils (0.8 - 1.2 ohm) for a slightly tighter MTL draw at lower wattage, higher resistance.
- DL vaping:
- Purchase mid-to-high-wattage, low-resistance PnP Coils (0.15 - 0.45 ohm) so you can DL vape at your preferred wattage and resistance.
Please note:
- Remember to prime new coils (sold separately). Place a few drops of vape juice in the middle of the coil, install the coil and after filling the pod, wait five minutes before vaping. This ensures the coil is saturated and avoids getting dry draws.

Warranty & Returns
At Vaporisers, we take care of all warranty claims. Our goal is to make the warranty process quick and hassle free for our customers.
To ensure that your warranty claim is handled as efficiently as possible, please keep record of your order number (located on your order or shipping confirmation emails, or by logging into your account). You won't need to register your vaporizer to make a claim.*
If your vaporizer is experiencing a fault or you believe it is not working correctly, please complete the warranty form here. Once submitted, our warranty team will contact you with all the details needed to complete your claim, including our shipping address.
A thorough assessment will be conducted on your vaporizer to confirm the fault before a replacement can be issued. Please note we don't repair vaporizers, brand new replacements are issued.

Shipping and Delivery
Orders are dispatched via USPS with “signature on delivery” for security reasons. Orders dispatched daily on weekdays only (excluding public holidays) Orders received by 9am (EST) will be dispatched the same day.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your USPS tracking number after 5pm. Please check your “Inbox” and your “Junk Mail” for your tracking number as this it is an automated e-mail, Track your delivery at www.usps.com/track
When Will I Receive My Order?
- Standard Shipping: USPS guideline is within 3-7 business days from the day your order is dispatched. If you have not received your order within 7 business days, please email us at vaporisers.com.au@gmail.com and include your confirmation number. Delivery times may take longer in some rural areas.
- Express Shipping: USPS guideline is within 2-3 business days from the day your order is dispatched.
Delivery Notes
- Vaporisers ships orders USA-wide only.
- Make sure your delivery address is full and correct to avoid delays. We can deliver to PO Boxes.
- USPS will not leave orders unattended, please ensure someone is present at your delivery address to accept your order.
- USPS will leave a notification card if no one is present to accept your order. Please ensure your order is collected from your local Post Office within the specified timeframe on the notification card, otherwise your order will be returned to us.
- A re-delivery fee of $14.95 will be charged to re-send your order. Orders can be delivered to your workplace.
- Orders are packaged discreetly and the contents are not visible on your package.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Products are inspected before dispatch and packed with extra care. Upon receipt, please check your order and contact us with any issues as we cannot replace used items. If an item is defective, does not match our description, or it is not fit for its intended purpose, we will offer you a refund or exchange, but is subject to the following process:
Advise us of the issue with your order number, picture and description of the faulty item. We will supply our “order return” details. Return the item to us unused, unmarked and in its original packaging within 3 days of you receiving it.
We recommend registered post as we are not responsible for returns that we do not receive. The delivery cost to return the item to us is at your expense. Replacements will be returned to you at no additional charge.
However, If we receive an item that has been damaged, used, shows signs of wear, not in original packaging, or packaging is damaged, we reserve the right not to replace or refund the item. We will advise you in this event.
Once we have authorised a refund, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund.
Refunds will be issued in the same way that you paid for your order. If we assess the warranty claim to be valid and not caused by fault of the customer, we will send you a replacement item and cover the delivery costs.
However if no fault is found with the item, the return postage will be at the customer’s expense. Tanks and Coils:
No warranty is offered on tanks and coils as they are considered “consumables” (designed to be used and thrown away after a certain amount of uses). A DOA (dead on arrival) policy of 36 hours upon receipt applies. Liquids:
For health reasons, we do not re-sell liquids once they have left our premises. We have a strict no-return policy on Liquids.
Please choose carefully. We cannot cancel or refund an order once it has been placed. Unfortunately, products cannot be returned due to damage caused by misuse or negligence.
