If you want to cancel your order, we will do our best to stop it from shipping, but this is not guaranteed. Orders cannot be canceled once a tracking link has been generated, but they can be returned, subject to our Returns Policy. Our agents are on hand to assist with this.
Product Information
The VooPoo Drag 3 TPP Pod Tank Kit is the third installment of the VooPoo Drag electronic cigarette (e-cigarette) series, following the Drag 1 and Drag 2 vapourisers. The Drag 3 comes with a TPP Pod Tank, comparable to the VooPoo PnP Pod Tank but with a 5.5mL vapour e-liquid capacity, upgraded TPP Coil compatibility and a removeable drip tip, plus the standard bottom fill/coil change and adjustable airflow. The VooPoo Drag 3 is a force to be reckoned with in the vape world by combining easy-to-use vape components with a powerful mod, powered by two 18650 batteries (NOT INCLUDED). Expect smooth vapour flavour and huge cloud production for this direct-lung (DL) vaping king!
If you love the Drag 3 but simply like smaller vape kits, check out the VooPoo Drag X Plus 100W Kit. It was released at the same time, has virtually the exact same features such as the chip, the TPP Pod Tank and even its style but runs on a single battery.
CROSS-COMPATIBILITY: ATTENTION PNP POD LOVERS
If you’re a VooPoo PnP Pod and Coil lover, you’ll be happy to know that VooPoo had all you vapers in mind when they created the TPP Pod Tank. The TPP Pod, once removed from its 510 tank base, is cross-compatible with ALL OTHER PNP POD DEVICES! FLAVOURFUL TPP POD TANK
The VooPoo TPP (Tank Pod Push) Pod Tank has 5.5mL vapour e-liquid capacity which is incredibly generous for a pod-style vape tank. Most importantly, it delivers on vapour flavour and clouds! You’ll get smooth, rich vapour flavour and dense, satisfying clouds using the VooPoo TPP Mesh Coil range which has VooPoo patented technology that:
- increases atomisation area inside coils
- improves heating speed.
Perfect and recommended for DL vaping where you inhale vapour directly to your lungs, like breathing in.
If you like VooPoo’s PnP Coil range, which are equally known for their incredible vapour flavour and cloud production, you’re going to LOVE the TPP Coil range.
The TPP Pod Tank also has:
- ‘bi-directional convection’ airway structure to maximize overall vapour e-juice atomisation efficiency
- magnetic connection with the 510 bottom tank base
- a detachable pod that can be used on its own with other VooPoo PnP-compatible devices (such as the Drag X or Argus Pro)
- the ability to be used as a tank on practically any other vape mod (except mech mods used by advanced vapers)
- removeable 810 mouth piece or drip tip for easy access to clean pod (may not be compatible with standard vape drip tips)
- bottom filling (of the pod) via a silicone-covered fill port
- bottom coil changing with a simple pull out/plug in.

The VooPoo Drag 3 Mod will fire in 0.001seconds so you get vapour the instant you press that fire button! It also supports a variety of compatible modes using VooPoo’s Gene Fan 2.0 Chip (the brains of the Drag 3 vape) so you can tailor your vape including:
SMART MODE
SMART Mode is the simple, worry-free way of vaping the Drag 3 as it:
- detects the coil inserted and sets wattage to the lowest wattage on the recommended range for that coil
- will not allow you to increase wattage beyond the highest recommended wattage for that coil
- won’t let you burn your coil by accidentally increasing wattage.
RBA MODE
RBA Mode allows you to take more control by:
- letting you set the wattage regardless of coil specifications
- includes Super Mode that is triggered when you set your wattage to 80W or more. This is the high explosive mode, designed to give advanced vapers the ultimate huge cloud vaping experience
- allowing you to use the full 177W the VooPoo Drag 3 offers.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL MODE
This mode is for the vape gurus! The Drag 3 does support this mode but you will have to download the firmware. These instructions should be in the included user manual.

Warranty & Returns
At Vaporisers, we take care of all warranty claims. Our goal is to make the warranty process quick and hassle free for our customers.
To ensure that your warranty claim is handled as efficiently as possible, please keep record of your order number (located on your order or shipping confirmation emails, or by logging into your account). You won't need to register your vaporizer to make a claim.*
If your vaporizer is experiencing a fault or you believe it is not working correctly, please complete the warranty form here. Once submitted, our warranty team will contact you with all the details needed to complete your claim, including our shipping address.
A thorough assessment will be conducted on your vaporizer to confirm the fault before a replacement can be issued. Please note we don't repair vaporizers, brand new replacements are issued.

Shipping and Delivery
Orders are dispatched via USPS with “signature on delivery” for security reasons. Orders dispatched daily on weekdays only (excluding public holidays) Orders received by 9am (EST) will be dispatched the same day.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your USPS tracking number after 5pm. Please check your “Inbox” and your “Junk Mail” for your tracking number as this it is an automated e-mail, Track your delivery at www.usps.com/track
When Will I Receive My Order?
- Standard Shipping: USPS guideline is within 3-7 business days from the day your order is dispatched. If you have not received your order within 7 business days, please email us at vaporisers.com.au@gmail.com and include your confirmation number. Delivery times may take longer in some rural areas.
- Express Shipping: USPS guideline is within 2-3 business days from the day your order is dispatched.
Delivery Notes
- Vaporisers ships orders USA-wide only.
- Make sure your delivery address is full and correct to avoid delays. We can deliver to PO Boxes.
- USPS will not leave orders unattended, please ensure someone is present at your delivery address to accept your order.
- USPS will leave a notification card if no one is present to accept your order. Please ensure your order is collected from your local Post Office within the specified timeframe on the notification card, otherwise your order will be returned to us.
- A re-delivery fee of $14.95 will be charged to re-send your order. Orders can be delivered to your workplace.
- Orders are packaged discreetly and the contents are not visible on your package.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Products are inspected before dispatch and packed with extra care. Upon receipt, please check your order and contact us with any issues as we cannot replace used items. If an item is defective, does not match our description, or it is not fit for its intended purpose, we will offer you a refund or exchange, but is subject to the following process:
Advise us of the issue with your order number, picture and description of the faulty item. We will supply our “order return” details. Return the item to us unused, unmarked and in its original packaging within 3 days of you receiving it.
We recommend registered post as we are not responsible for returns that we do not receive. The delivery cost to return the item to us is at your expense. Replacements will be returned to you at no additional charge.
However, If we receive an item that has been damaged, used, shows signs of wear, not in original packaging, or packaging is damaged, we reserve the right not to replace or refund the item. We will advise you in this event.
Once we have authorised a refund, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund.
Refunds will be issued in the same way that you paid for your order. If we assess the warranty claim to be valid and not caused by fault of the customer, we will send you a replacement item and cover the delivery costs.
However if no fault is found with the item, the return postage will be at the customer’s expense. Tanks and Coils:
No warranty is offered on tanks and coils as they are considered “consumables” (designed to be used and thrown away after a certain amount of uses). A DOA (dead on arrival) policy of 36 hours upon receipt applies. Liquids:
For health reasons, we do not re-sell liquids once they have left our premises. We have a strict no-return policy on Liquids.
Please choose carefully. We cannot cancel or refund an order once it has been placed. Unfortunately, products cannot be returned due to damage caused by misuse or negligence.
