The Vaporesso Renova Zero Replacement Pod is the original refillable pod for Renova Zero Pod System, featuring a 2.0ml E-liquid capacity with innovative PTF (Press to Fill) bottom filling system to easily refill E-liquids without leakage, coming with a 1.3ohm CCELL ceramic coil pod for long lifespan and high nicotine satisfaction and new 1.0ohm mesh coil pod to deliver tasty flavor and intense vapor.

Vaporesso says its Zero Replacement Pods “use ceramic coils, with two different ohms, for deriving the purest flavours from nic vape juice, nic-salts, and thick oil concentrates. The press-to-fill (PTF) mechanism automatically locks after filling. This makes them 100% childproof.”
The Zero pod’s power enables the production of lovely clouds and flavourful hits, vapers say. Made with PCTG plastic used for food equipment, the pod is considered eco-friendly and safe for vaping, while the internal ceramic 1ohm CCELL coil manages up to 12W of power.
The ‘Zero pod with the Zero mod’ also minimises spit-back and dry hits and this extends the life of the pods.
The pod allows up to 2ml juice to be filled in it and the heated ceramic coils, coupled with 100% pure organic cotton wick, produce a wonderful vape experience, and many attest to its ‘high-nic’ hits. The 1.3 ohm CCell Zero Pod can be used with the Zero at 9W (low), 10.5W (med) and 12.5W (high). The 1.0 ohm Mesh Zero Pod can be used with the Zero a 9W (low), 11W (med) and 13W (high).
It has been highly recommended by experienced vapers to let the pod wait for 5-10 minutes so the wick becomes saturated after filling. Also vapers should ideally start at the lowest wattage and then slowly move to higher levels until one finds the best setting for their individual vaping experiences.

You should replace your Zero pod when you detect a reduction of flavour intensity and cloud production.

How do I change the Zeros on my vape?
To change the Zeros on your vape, simply detach the pod from the mod with a quick pulling motion and place your e-juice nozzle into the silver-rimmed fill hole. Then depress the fill port and squeeze before replacing the pod.

Warranty & Returns
At Vaporisers, we take care of all warranty claims. Our goal is to make the warranty process quick and hassle free for our customers.
To ensure that your warranty claim is handled as efficiently as possible, please keep record of your order number (located on your order or shipping confirmation emails, or by logging into your account). You won't need to register your vaporizer to make a claim.*
If your vaporizer is experiencing a fault or you believe it is not working correctly, please complete the warranty form here. Once submitted, our warranty team will contact you with all the details needed to complete your claim, including our shipping address.
A thorough assessment will be conducted on your vaporizer to confirm the fault before a replacement can be issued. Please note we don't repair vaporizers, brand new replacements are issued.

Shipping and Delivery
Orders are dispatched via USPS with “signature on delivery” for security reasons. Orders dispatched daily on weekdays only (excluding public holidays) Orders received by 9am (EST) will be dispatched the same day.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your USPS tracking number after 5pm. Please check your “Inbox” and your “Junk Mail” for your tracking number as this it is an automated e-mail, Track your delivery at www.usps.com/track
When Will I Receive My Order?
- Standard Shipping: USPS guideline is within 3-7 business days from the day your order is dispatched. If you have not received your order within 7 business days, please email us at vaporisers.com.au@gmail.com and include your confirmation number. Delivery times may take longer in some rural areas.
- Express Shipping: USPS guideline is within 2-3 business days from the day your order is dispatched.
Delivery Notes
- Vaporisers ships orders USA-wide only.
- Make sure your delivery address is full and correct to avoid delays. We can deliver to PO Boxes.
- USPS will not leave orders unattended, please ensure someone is present at your delivery address to accept your order.
- USPS will leave a notification card if no one is present to accept your order. Please ensure your order is collected from your local Post Office within the specified timeframe on the notification card, otherwise your order will be returned to us.
- A re-delivery fee of $14.95 will be charged to re-send your order. Orders can be delivered to your workplace.
- Orders are packaged discreetly and the contents are not visible on your package.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Products are inspected before dispatch and packed with extra care. Upon receipt, please check your order and contact us with any issues as we cannot replace used items. If an item is defective, does not match our description, or it is not fit for its intended purpose, we will offer you a refund or exchange, but is subject to the following process:
Advise us of the issue with your order number, picture and description of the faulty item. We will supply our “order return” details. Return the item to us unused, unmarked and in its original packaging within 3 days of you receiving it.
We recommend registered post as we are not responsible for returns that we do not receive. The delivery cost to return the item to us is at your expense. Replacements will be returned to you at no additional charge.
However, If we receive an item that has been damaged, used, shows signs of wear, not in original packaging, or packaging is damaged, we reserve the right not to replace or refund the item. We will advise you in this event.
Once we have authorised a refund, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund.
Refunds will be issued in the same way that you paid for your order. If we assess the warranty claim to be valid and not caused by fault of the customer, we will send you a replacement item and cover the delivery costs.
However if no fault is found with the item, the return postage will be at the customer’s expense. Tanks and Coils:
No warranty is offered on tanks and coils as they are considered “consumables” (designed to be used and thrown away after a certain amount of uses). A DOA (dead on arrival) policy of 36 hours upon receipt applies. Liquids:
For health reasons, we do not re-sell liquids once they have left our premises. We have a strict no-return policy on Liquids.
Please choose carefully. We cannot cancel or refund an order once it has been placed. Unfortunately, products cannot be returned due to damage caused by misuse or negligence.
