If you want to cancel your order, we will do our best to stop it from shipping, but this is not guaranteed. Orders cannot be canceled once a tracking link has been generated, but they can be returned, subject to our Returns Policy. Our agents are on hand to assist with this.
Product Information
Luxe XR Replacement Pods by Vaporesso, are designed to work with high-vegetable-glycerin (VG) e-juice. Vaporesso Luxe XR Pods have 5mL vape juice capacity and use replaceable Vaporesso GTX Coils (sold separately) which are constructed with Corex Technology that improves vapour flavour and extends the coil lifespan. Luxe XR Pods are available in two styles, one for mouth-to-lung (MTL) and one for direct-lung (DL) vaping, and also feature adjustable airflow.
You can use Luxe X Replacement Pods with any of these Vaporesso Pod Kits:
LUXE XR OR LUXE X PODS?
Either! Both are exactly the same, compatible with the same vapouriser kits, except Vaporesso Luxe XR Pods have replaceable coils and Luxe X Replacement Pods are disposable. That’s the only difference between the two! All other features are the same:
- 5mL e-liquid capacity – lasts longer than smaller pod kits between refills.
- Fills from bottom – lift rubber tab at the bottom to reveal e-liquid fill port.
- Adjust your draw – tighten or loosen your airflow by rotating the pod 180° in the Luxe XR or Luxe X Battery.
- Easy coil change - pull out the old GTX Coil and plug in the new from the bottom of Luxe XR Pods.
- Use them on more than one vape kit - disposable Luxe X Pods and Luxe XR Pods suit Luxe X, Luxe XR AND Luxe XR Max Pod Kits!
- Two different pods – all Luxe XR Pods look the same but are ingeniously different! One is for MTL vaping and the other for DL vaping (they’re labelled ‘RDL’ or ‘MTL’ so you can tell the difference).
- MTL pod: thinner mouthpiece bore hole and less airflow holes for restricted draws.
- DL pod: wider mouthpiece bore hole and more airflow holes for looser draws.
- Decent vapour flavour, throat hit and cloud production – get low to large/medium vape clouds with replaceable Vaporesso GTX Coils (sold separately), made using Vaporesso’s Corex Technology (morph-mesh cumulus cotton, even and rapid heating, accurate vapour flavour and coil longevity).
- Strong magnetic connection – keeps your pods from going AWOL.
- Semi-transparent body – allows you to see e-juice level especially if held up to light.
- Mouthpiece made for your lips – natural shape of lips comfortably hug mouthpiece.
- SSS leak-resistant technology in the pod which stands for:
- seal comprehensively with the o-rings that keep the air pressure in for a tighter draw
- store safely with extra seal that may prevent the Luxe XR Pod leaking while not being used
- saturate properly via the large coil openings to the cotton to avoid burning the coil or getting a dry hit (aka helps prime coil and keep the cotton wet while vaping).
- MTL vaping – restricted/tight draw where you hold vapour in your mouth, then inhale to your lungs, like you’d puff on the old cancer sticks. Use the MTL Luxe XR Pod with higher-resistance (ohm), low wattage GTX Coils.
- DL vaping – looser draw where you inhale vapour directly to your lungs, bypassing the mouth. Use the RDL Luxe XR Pod with lower-resistance (down to 0.4 ohm only), higher wattage Vaporesso GTX Coils.
Please note:
- No coils are included in the Luxe XR Pod pack.
- Luxe XR Pods are only compatible with 0.4 ohm or higher resistance (ohm) Vaporesso GTX Coils (not included) only when used with a Luxe X or Luxe XR Pod Kit. The more recent Luxe XR Max Pod Mod Kit handles all GTX Coils.
- It's essential to prime new coils before vaping (sold separately).
- Place a few drops of vape juice in the coil centre.
- Install the coil in the pod and fill with vape juice.
- Cover the air holes at the bottom of the pod with your finger while gently taking about five short draws on the mouthpiece. This draws e-liquid to the coil’s cotton to saturate it and avoids getting dry hits or prematurely burning your coil.
- Install the pod on the battery and vape.

Warranty & Returns
At Vaporisers, we take care of all warranty claims. Our goal is to make the warranty process quick and hassle free for our customers.
To ensure that your warranty claim is handled as efficiently as possible, please keep record of your order number (located on your order or shipping confirmation emails, or by logging into your account). You won't need to register your vaporizer to make a claim.*
If your vaporizer is experiencing a fault or you believe it is not working correctly, please complete the warranty form here. Once submitted, our warranty team will contact you with all the details needed to complete your claim, including our shipping address.
A thorough assessment will be conducted on your vaporizer to confirm the fault before a replacement can be issued. Please note we don't repair vaporizers, brand new replacements are issued.

Shipping and Delivery
Orders are dispatched via USPS with “signature on delivery” for security reasons. Orders dispatched daily on weekdays only (excluding public holidays) Orders received by 9am (EST) will be dispatched the same day.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your USPS tracking number after 5pm. Please check your “Inbox” and your “Junk Mail” for your tracking number as this it is an automated e-mail, Track your delivery at www.usps.com/track
When Will I Receive My Order?
- Standard Shipping: USPS guideline is within 3-7 business days from the day your order is dispatched. If you have not received your order within 7 business days, please email us at vaporisers.com.au@gmail.com and include your confirmation number. Delivery times may take longer in some rural areas.
- Express Shipping: USPS guideline is within 2-3 business days from the day your order is dispatched.
Delivery Notes
- Vaporisers ships orders USA-wide only.
- Make sure your delivery address is full and correct to avoid delays. We can deliver to PO Boxes.
- USPS will not leave orders unattended, please ensure someone is present at your delivery address to accept your order.
- USPS will leave a notification card if no one is present to accept your order. Please ensure your order is collected from your local Post Office within the specified timeframe on the notification card, otherwise your order will be returned to us.
- A re-delivery fee of $14.95 will be charged to re-send your order. Orders can be delivered to your workplace.
- Orders are packaged discreetly and the contents are not visible on your package.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Products are inspected before dispatch and packed with extra care. Upon receipt, please check your order and contact us with any issues as we cannot replace used items. If an item is defective, does not match our description, or it is not fit for its intended purpose, we will offer you a refund or exchange, but is subject to the following process:
Advise us of the issue with your order number, picture and description of the faulty item. We will supply our “order return” details. Return the item to us unused, unmarked and in its original packaging within 3 days of you receiving it.
We recommend registered post as we are not responsible for returns that we do not receive. The delivery cost to return the item to us is at your expense. Replacements will be returned to you at no additional charge.
However, If we receive an item that has been damaged, used, shows signs of wear, not in original packaging, or packaging is damaged, we reserve the right not to replace or refund the item. We will advise you in this event.
Once we have authorised a refund, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund.
Refunds will be issued in the same way that you paid for your order. If we assess the warranty claim to be valid and not caused by fault of the customer, we will send you a replacement item and cover the delivery costs.
However if no fault is found with the item, the return postage will be at the customer’s expense. Tanks and Coils:
No warranty is offered on tanks and coils as they are considered “consumables” (designed to be used and thrown away after a certain amount of uses). A DOA (dead on arrival) policy of 36 hours upon receipt applies. Liquids:
For health reasons, we do not re-sell liquids once they have left our premises. We have a strict no-return policy on Liquids.
Please choose carefully. We cannot cancel or refund an order once it has been placed. Unfortunately, products cannot be returned due to damage caused by misuse or negligence.
