The Vaporesso Luxe 2 220w TC Kit with NRG-S Tank is equipped with the transformative AXON Chip that has simplified the user experience! You no longer have to be a vaping veteran to use the Luxe electronic cigarette (e-cigarette). Enjoy the huge vapour clouds and incredible vapour flavour from your vapour e-juice that you'll get from your NRG-S Tank. You can thank the quality, long-lasting and one of our favourites: the Vaporesso GT Coils that are compatible with this vapour kit. You also get a large, two-inch, colour touch screen to navigate through your menu and customise your vape as much as your like! You can also keep it simple by using the intelligent Pulse Mode that gives you a consistent vape by firing every 0.02 seconds during each inhale.

By adopting the Vaporesso NRG-S Tank that is loaded GT Mesh coils, the LUXE II ensures the delivery of flavourful vapour clouds and a powerful vaping experience. Fill this large 8mL tank by a simple slide of the top cap.
WHY THE AXON CHIP?
The AXON Chip has improved the user interface (UI) from previous versions of the Vaporesso Luxe, to make it more user friendly. Although we still wouldn't recommend this from brand new vapers, it is easier for a vaper with some experience in using a tank and replaceable coils to get the hang of vaping this e-cigarette. It also leaves room for the advanced vapers to discover their exclusive vaping experience through its functionality.
The chip also brings Pulse Mode to the already-impressive vape table. This mode ensures constant and satisfying throat hits by firing every 0.02 seconds; making every inhale a vapin' pleasure.
The most eye-catching aspect of the Vaporesso Luxe II Kit (and previous Luxe Kits) is the impressive 2.0 inch TFT colour screen and the general elegant design. They make 'love at first vape-sight' possible with the LUXE II.
With 2.5A ultra-fast charge technology, you can fully charge the two 18650 batteries (not included) in around 1.5 hours makes the AXON Chip the perfect engine for this sophisticated cloud machine.

- Our vape store has NRG-S Tank 8mL Glass replacements if you need to change it in the future.
- The Luxe II comes with two coils and you can purchase replacement Vaporesso GT Coils through our store and even try different types to customise your vape.

Warranty & Returns
At Vaporisers, we take care of all warranty claims. Our goal is to make the warranty process quick and hassle free for our customers.
To ensure that your warranty claim is handled as efficiently as possible, please keep record of your order number (located on your order or shipping confirmation emails, or by logging into your account). You won't need to register your vaporizer to make a claim.*
If your vaporizer is experiencing a fault or you believe it is not working correctly, please complete the warranty form here. Once submitted, our warranty team will contact you with all the details needed to complete your claim, including our shipping address.
A thorough assessment will be conducted on your vaporizer to confirm the fault before a replacement can be issued. Please note we don't repair vaporizers, brand new replacements are issued.

Shipping and Delivery
Orders are dispatched via USPS with “signature on delivery” for security reasons. Orders dispatched daily on weekdays only (excluding public holidays) Orders received by 9am (EST) will be dispatched the same day.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your USPS tracking number after 5pm. Please check your “Inbox” and your “Junk Mail” for your tracking number as this it is an automated e-mail, Track your delivery at www.usps.com/track
When Will I Receive My Order?
- Standard Shipping: USPS guideline is within 3-7 business days from the day your order is dispatched. If you have not received your order within 7 business days, please email us at vaporisers.com.au@gmail.com and include your confirmation number. Delivery times may take longer in some rural areas.
- Express Shipping: USPS guideline is within 2-3 business days from the day your order is dispatched.
Delivery Notes
- Vaporisers ships orders USA-wide only.
- Make sure your delivery address is full and correct to avoid delays. We can deliver to PO Boxes.
- USPS will not leave orders unattended, please ensure someone is present at your delivery address to accept your order.
- USPS will leave a notification card if no one is present to accept your order. Please ensure your order is collected from your local Post Office within the specified timeframe on the notification card, otherwise your order will be returned to us.
- A re-delivery fee of $14.95 will be charged to re-send your order. Orders can be delivered to your workplace.
- Orders are packaged discreetly and the contents are not visible on your package.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Products are inspected before dispatch and packed with extra care. Upon receipt, please check your order and contact us with any issues as we cannot replace used items. If an item is defective, does not match our description, or it is not fit for its intended purpose, we will offer you a refund or exchange, but is subject to the following process:
Advise us of the issue with your order number, picture and description of the faulty item. We will supply our “order return” details. Return the item to us unused, unmarked and in its original packaging within 3 days of you receiving it.
We recommend registered post as we are not responsible for returns that we do not receive. The delivery cost to return the item to us is at your expense. Replacements will be returned to you at no additional charge.
However, If we receive an item that has been damaged, used, shows signs of wear, not in original packaging, or packaging is damaged, we reserve the right not to replace or refund the item. We will advise you in this event.
Once we have authorised a refund, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund.
Refunds will be issued in the same way that you paid for your order. If we assess the warranty claim to be valid and not caused by fault of the customer, we will send you a replacement item and cover the delivery costs.
However if no fault is found with the item, the return postage will be at the customer’s expense. Tanks and Coils:
No warranty is offered on tanks and coils as they are considered “consumables” (designed to be used and thrown away after a certain amount of uses). A DOA (dead on arrival) policy of 36 hours upon receipt applies. Liquids:
For health reasons, we do not re-sell liquids once they have left our premises. We have a strict no-return policy on Liquids.
Please choose carefully. We cannot cancel or refund an order once it has been placed. Unfortunately, products cannot be returned due to damage caused by misuse or negligence.
