The Vaporesso Gen S Kit is the same vape kit as the original Gen, or how we like to refer to it - the OG - in almost every way, with some slight changes. It's still a simple, powerful, cloud machine of an electronic cigarette (e-cigarette) that will make any e-liquid taste amazing... Unless the e-liquid is genuinely not that great but we don't sell any bad e-liquid, so you don't have to worry about that.

THE NEW ADDITIONS

With the Gen S you get:

  • some modern, eye-catching new mod colours
  • an 8mL NRG S Tank which has a similar texture to the Gen S body
  • compatibility with ONLY Vaporesso GT Coils
  • a slightly smaller body (about half to one millimeter which honestly looks the same as the Gen when you put them side by side).

THE TANK IS HUGE

As with the original Gen Kit's SKRR-S Tank, the NRG S tank also holds 8mL of e-liquid. It's perfect for those of you who like higher wattage and huge vape clouds, as your e-liquid will last you. The decent amount of adjustable airflow it has will also help with running high-powered coils, along with its large, wide-rim drip tip (mouth piece) to suck up all the vape cloud goodness.

It is compatible with any of the GT Coil variety which are still the best, most long-lasting coils, best suited to direct-lung (DL) vaping where you inhale the vape straight to the lungs, like breathing in air. The air distribution system provides exquisite flavour and warmth by keeping cold drafts out, creating a perfect balance between taste and cloud chasing.

WHO DO WE RECOMMEND THIS TANK FOR?

It's important to note that this tank is not suitable for beginner vapers or people who like mouth-to-lung (MTL) vaping. When you MTL vape, the inhales are smaller since it is held in the mouth initially before being inhaled to the lungs. This type of vaping will make tanks like the NRG S burn their coils and leak since it's not getting the airflow the coil needs to stay cool and keep pressure in the tank.

If you prefer MTL vaping, you can still get a Gen S Mod and couple it with an MTL Tank like a VM or GTX Tank. Still works incredibly well!

Warranty & Returns

At Vaporisers, we take care of all warranty claims. Our goal is to make the warranty process quick and hassle free for our customers.

To ensure that your warranty claim is handled as efficiently as possible, please keep record of your order number (located on your order or shipping confirmation emails, or by logging into your account). You won't need to register your vaporizer to make a claim.*

If your vaporizer is experiencing a fault or you believe it is not working correctly, please complete the warranty form here. Once submitted, our warranty team will contact you with all the details needed to complete your claim, including our shipping address.

A thorough assessment will be conducted on your vaporizer to confirm the fault before a replacement can be issued. Please note we don't repair vaporizers, brand new replacements are issued.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched via USPS with “signature on delivery” for security reasons. Orders dispatched daily on weekdays only (excluding public holidays) Orders received by 9am (EST) will be dispatched the same day.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your USPS tracking number after 5pm. Please check your “Inbox” and your “Junk Mail” for your tracking number as this it is an automated e-mail, Track your delivery at www.usps.com/track

When Will I Receive My Order?

  • Standard Shipping: USPS guideline is within 3-7 business days from the day your order is dispatched. If you have not received your order within 7 business days, please email us at vaporisers.com.au@gmail.com and include your confirmation number. Delivery times may take longer in some rural areas.
  • Express Shipping: USPS guideline is within 2-3 business days from the day your order is dispatched.

Delivery Notes

  • Vaporisers ships orders USA-wide only.
  • Make sure your delivery address is full and correct to avoid delays. We can deliver to PO Boxes.
  • USPS will not leave orders unattended, please ensure someone is present at your delivery address to accept your order.
  • USPS will leave a notification card if no one is present to accept your order. Please ensure your order is collected from your local Post Office within the specified timeframe on the notification card, otherwise your order will be returned to us.
  • A re-delivery fee of $14.95 will be charged to re-send your order. Orders can be delivered to your workplace.
  • Orders are packaged discreetly and the contents are not visible on your package.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Products are inspected before dispatch and packed with extra care. Upon receipt, please check your order and contact us with any issues as we cannot replace used items. If an item is defective, does not match our description, or it is not fit for its intended purpose, we will offer you a refund or exchange, but is subject to the following process:

Advise us of the issue with your order number, picture and description of the faulty item. We will supply our “order return” details. Return the item to us unused, unmarked and in its original packaging within 3 days of you receiving it.

We recommend registered post as we are not responsible for returns that we do not receive. The delivery cost to return the item to us is at your expense. Replacements will be returned to you at no additional charge.

However, If we receive an item that has been damaged, used, shows signs of wear, not in original packaging, or packaging is damaged, we reserve the right not to replace or refund the item. We will advise you in this event.

Once we have authorised a refund, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund.

Refunds will be issued in the same way that you paid for your order. If we assess the warranty claim to be valid and not caused by fault of the customer, we will send you a replacement item and cover the delivery costs.

However if no fault is found with the item, the return postage will be at the customer’s expense. Tanks and Coils:

No warranty is offered on tanks and coils as they are considered “consumables” (designed to be used and thrown away after a certain amount of uses). A DOA (dead on arrival) policy of 36 hours upon receipt applies. Liquids:

For health reasons, we do not re-sell liquids once they have left our premises. We have a strict no-return policy on Liquids.

Please choose carefully. We cannot cancel or refund an order once it has been placed. Unfortunately, products cannot be returned due to damage caused by misuse or negligence.
