If you want to cancel your order, we will do our best to stop it from shipping, but this is not guaranteed. Orders cannot be canceled once a tracking link has been generated, but they can be returned, subject to our Returns Policy. Our agents are on hand to assist with this.
Product Information
The Uwell Crown V Tank is made of stainless steel and vape love for the cloud and flavour chaser vapers! You get a decent 5mL of vapour e-juice capacity from this beautifully-shiny, bold-coloured, good-looking, 29mm-diameter electronic cigarette (e-cigarette) tank with a 510 drip tip. It vapes like a dream, well, a dream that you’re vaping in, with its Pro-FOCS Flavour Testing Technology and compatible single, dual and triple core mesh coils. Add to that a child-proof top-filling cap and you’ve got yourself a quality Crown V Tank that you can couple with pretty much any regulated vape mod on the market!
GOOD LOOKS WITH QUALITY BUILD TANK
This Crown V Tank’s build quality is incredible with its sturdy and solid feel. It looks great too with its bright, delicately-polished luster and smooth feel. The Roman numeral ‘V’ is embedded on the design of the top cap and airflow ring as a nice touch.
As a safety touch, Uwell have designed a medicine-bottle type child-proof top cap that you need to press and quarter turn to open. It means you don’t have to worry about the top cap coming off in your bag or your child getting it open which we think is a major plus!
Under this child-proof top cap, you’ll find the fill port that has a silicone check valve to avoid e-juice leakage and make filling cleaner too.
A TANK THAT REQUIRES MINIMAL EFFORT FROM YOU
The Uwell Crown V atomiser can absorb the e-juice in the condensation holder through regular usage and vapourise it. This reduces e-liquid leakage and lessens the tank’s cleaning frequency.
The Crown V Tank also has you covered if you’re a flavour and cloud chasing vaper too! The Pro-FOCS Flavour Testing Technology provides you with the ultimate vaping experience by properly controlling the heating temperature, strictly managing the material quality and completely restoring the e-juice flavour.
Please note:
- You will need to replace the Uwell Crown V Coils periodically.
- The tank comes with an extra bubble glass but you can also purchase extra Crown V Bubble Glass Replacements.

Warranty & Returns
At Vaporisers, we take care of all warranty claims. Our goal is to make the warranty process quick and hassle free for our customers.
To ensure that your warranty claim is handled as efficiently as possible, please keep record of your order number (located on your order or shipping confirmation emails, or by logging into your account). You won't need to register your vaporizer to make a claim.*
If your vaporizer is experiencing a fault or you believe it is not working correctly, please complete the warranty form here. Once submitted, our warranty team will contact you with all the details needed to complete your claim, including our shipping address.
A thorough assessment will be conducted on your vaporizer to confirm the fault before a replacement can be issued. Please note we don't repair vaporizers, brand new replacements are issued.

Shipping and Delivery
Orders are dispatched via USPS with “signature on delivery” for security reasons. Orders dispatched daily on weekdays only (excluding public holidays) Orders received by 9am (EST) will be dispatched the same day.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your USPS tracking number after 5pm. Please check your “Inbox” and your “Junk Mail” for your tracking number as this it is an automated e-mail, Track your delivery at www.usps.com/track
When Will I Receive My Order?
- Standard Shipping: USPS guideline is within 3-7 business days from the day your order is dispatched. If you have not received your order within 7 business days, please email us at vaporisers.com.au@gmail.com and include your confirmation number. Delivery times may take longer in some rural areas.
- Express Shipping: USPS guideline is within 2-3 business days from the day your order is dispatched.
Delivery Notes
- Vaporisers ships orders USA-wide only.
- Make sure your delivery address is full and correct to avoid delays. We can deliver to PO Boxes.
- USPS will not leave orders unattended, please ensure someone is present at your delivery address to accept your order.
- USPS will leave a notification card if no one is present to accept your order. Please ensure your order is collected from your local Post Office within the specified timeframe on the notification card, otherwise your order will be returned to us.
- A re-delivery fee of $14.95 will be charged to re-send your order. Orders can be delivered to your workplace.
- Orders are packaged discreetly and the contents are not visible on your package.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Products are inspected before dispatch and packed with extra care. Upon receipt, please check your order and contact us with any issues as we cannot replace used items. If an item is defective, does not match our description, or it is not fit for its intended purpose, we will offer you a refund or exchange, but is subject to the following process:
Advise us of the issue with your order number, picture and description of the faulty item. We will supply our “order return” details. Return the item to us unused, unmarked and in its original packaging within 3 days of you receiving it.
We recommend registered post as we are not responsible for returns that we do not receive. The delivery cost to return the item to us is at your expense. Replacements will be returned to you at no additional charge.
However, If we receive an item that has been damaged, used, shows signs of wear, not in original packaging, or packaging is damaged, we reserve the right not to replace or refund the item. We will advise you in this event.
Once we have authorised a refund, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund.
Refunds will be issued in the same way that you paid for your order. If we assess the warranty claim to be valid and not caused by fault of the customer, we will send you a replacement item and cover the delivery costs.
However if no fault is found with the item, the return postage will be at the customer’s expense. Tanks and Coils:
No warranty is offered on tanks and coils as they are considered “consumables” (designed to be used and thrown away after a certain amount of uses). A DOA (dead on arrival) policy of 36 hours upon receipt applies. Liquids:
For health reasons, we do not re-sell liquids once they have left our premises. We have a strict no-return policy on Liquids.
Please choose carefully. We cannot cancel or refund an order once it has been placed. Unfortunately, products cannot be returned due to damage caused by misuse or negligence.
