Novo 4 Pod Mod Kit by SMOK is an easy-to-use, compact, 25W pod vape kit with adjustable airflow and wattage powered by a decently-sized 800mAh built-in battery. The Novo 4 Pods also have 2mL vapour e-liquid capacity, and replaceable SMOK LP1 Coils that are considered leak-proof and avoid you having to throw the pod away when the coil needs changing.

NOVO 4 POD MOD’S QUICK AUTO DRAW

The SMOK Novo 4 Pod Mod has a button but it’s not used as a fire button for vaping! In fact, this little Novo 4 genius has a very quick-response auto-draw feature that fires up the moment you start drawing on the mouth piece! Plus, the Novo 4 Pod Mod features:

  • 800mAh internal battery that will last you the day with the low-wattage SMOK LP1 Coils
  • adjustable wattage with just three clicks of the button (check your coils to see what wattage requirements)
  • up to 25W of available power which again, is quite enough with low-wattage coils
  • 90-minute charge with Type C
  • simplicity – just fill the pod, set the wattage and draw!
  • adjustable airflow via a rotating mechanism so you can tailor your vapour intake
  • bright little screen that only shows what you need (such as wattage or battery life)

HOW DOES THE NOVO 4 VAPE?

Really well! Oh that throat hit is great! You can get a nice restricted direct-lung (RDL) or mouth-to-lung (MTL) vape from the tiny SMOK Novo 4 Pod Vape Kit using the coils included in the kit:

  • 8 ohm dual core (DC) coil with open airflow can give you RDL vaping (inhaling vapour directly to the lungs)
  • 8 ohm meshed coils with less airflow can give you warm MTL vaping (like the draw of a traditional smoke where vapour is drawn to the mouth, held, then inhaled to the lungs).

NOVO 4 PODS HIT THE SPOT

Simple vapourisers, like the Novo 4 Pod Kit, need a simple matching pod and the Novo 4 Pod is just that; simple to use but different to its SMOK Novo brothers in that it has replaceable coils! The Novo 4 Pod offers you:

  • replaceable SMOK LP1 Coils with their leak-proof design
  • 2mL vapour e-juice capacity
  • simple coil change via the bottom of the pod (make sure coil is in line with the bottom of the pod when installed)
  • fixed mouth piece matching the curvature of your lips for comfort
  • filling from the side of the pod, under a silicone seal.

Warranty & Returns

At Vaporisers, we take care of all warranty claims. Our goal is to make the warranty process quick and hassle free for our customers.

To ensure that your warranty claim is handled as efficiently as possible, please keep record of your order number (located on your order or shipping confirmation emails, or by logging into your account). You won't need to register your vaporizer to make a claim.*

If your vaporizer is experiencing a fault or you believe it is not working correctly, please complete the warranty form here. Once submitted, our warranty team will contact you with all the details needed to complete your claim, including our shipping address.

A thorough assessment will be conducted on your vaporizer to confirm the fault before a replacement can be issued. Please note we don't repair vaporizers, brand new replacements are issued.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched via USPS with “signature on delivery” for security reasons. Orders dispatched daily on weekdays only (excluding public holidays) Orders received by 9am (EST) will be dispatched the same day.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your USPS tracking number after 5pm. Please check your “Inbox” and your “Junk Mail” for your tracking number as this it is an automated e-mail, Track your delivery at www.usps.com/track

When Will I Receive My Order?

  • Standard Shipping: USPS guideline is within 3-7 business days from the day your order is dispatched. If you have not received your order within 7 business days, please email us at vaporisers.com.au@gmail.com and include your confirmation number. Delivery times may take longer in some rural areas.
  • Express Shipping: USPS guideline is within 2-3 business days from the day your order is dispatched.

Delivery Notes

  • Vaporisers ships orders USA-wide only.
  • Make sure your delivery address is full and correct to avoid delays. We can deliver to PO Boxes.
  • USPS will not leave orders unattended, please ensure someone is present at your delivery address to accept your order.
  • USPS will leave a notification card if no one is present to accept your order. Please ensure your order is collected from your local Post Office within the specified timeframe on the notification card, otherwise your order will be returned to us.
  • A re-delivery fee of $14.95 will be charged to re-send your order. Orders can be delivered to your workplace.
  • Orders are packaged discreetly and the contents are not visible on your package.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Products are inspected before dispatch and packed with extra care. Upon receipt, please check your order and contact us with any issues as we cannot replace used items. If an item is defective, does not match our description, or it is not fit for its intended purpose, we will offer you a refund or exchange, but is subject to the following process:

Advise us of the issue with your order number, picture and description of the faulty item. We will supply our “order return” details. Return the item to us unused, unmarked and in its original packaging within 3 days of you receiving it.

We recommend registered post as we are not responsible for returns that we do not receive. The delivery cost to return the item to us is at your expense. Replacements will be returned to you at no additional charge.

However, If we receive an item that has been damaged, used, shows signs of wear, not in original packaging, or packaging is damaged, we reserve the right not to replace or refund the item. We will advise you in this event.

Once we have authorised a refund, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund.

Refunds will be issued in the same way that you paid for your order. If we assess the warranty claim to be valid and not caused by fault of the customer, we will send you a replacement item and cover the delivery costs.

However if no fault is found with the item, the return postage will be at the customer’s expense. Tanks and Coils:

No warranty is offered on tanks and coils as they are considered “consumables” (designed to be used and thrown away after a certain amount of uses). A DOA (dead on arrival) policy of 36 hours upon receipt applies. Liquids:

For health reasons, we do not re-sell liquids once they have left our premises. We have a strict no-return policy on Liquids.

Please choose carefully. We cannot cancel or refund an order once it has been placed. Unfortunately, products cannot be returned due to damage caused by misuse or negligence.
