Nfix-Mate Pod Kit by SMOK is very compact vape kit with a large 1100mAh battery that will give you pleasant vapour flavour all day via the low-wattage Nfix Pods. Hang your Nfix-Mate around your neck with the included lanyard and auto-draw this simple mouth-to-lung (MTL) vapouriser on the go.

JUST ENOUGH POWER WITH THE NFIX-MATE

The SMOK Nfix-Mate Pod kit is expected to last you through the day with its 1100mAh battery that somehow fits in its 74mm-tall, light-weight vape body. That’s due the low-wattage it requires to still provide a satisfying MTL vaping experience. The Nfix Mate also features:

  • adjustable wattage that’s controlled with three clicks of the power button (not a fire button)
  • auto draw achieved by simply drawing on the Nfix Pod mouth piece, no buttons or other settings to adjust (other than wattage)
  • a lanyard so you can access your vape even when you’re busy running around
  • 25W which is ample wattage for the Nfix Pods to produce nice vapour flavour
  • 1100mAh built-in battery that’ll give you roughly 320 puffs per charge.

NFIX PODS THAT YOU FILL AND VAPE

The SMOK Nfix Pods are also used in other SMOK devices, like the first Nfix Pod Kit, so they are becoming versatile in the sense that you can use them across multiple SMOK vape kits. In addition to that, you’ll get:

  • disposable simplicity – just fill them with vape juice, vape away and replace the whole pod when the coil has had enough
  • easy fill from the side via a rubber-covered fill port that requires removing the pod from the Nfix-Mate to fill
  • 3mL vape juice capacity which should last a while if you’re vaping the lower-wattage pod
  • secure magnetic connection of the pod – it’s not going anywhere unless you want it to
  • dust covers for your mouth piece so nothing gets into your pod while in your bag or pocket
  • thin mouth piece that’s comfortable for your mouth and also has a slim channel for the vapour which is great for MTL vaping.

GREAT MTL VAPE FROM THE NFIX-MATE

Being a low-wattage electronic cigarette (e-cigarette), it's sometimes a challenge to produce nice flavour and vapour but the SMOK Nfix-Vape does this well. The slim mouth piece on the Nfix Pods will give you a nice, loose MTL vape (vapour is quickly held in the mouth before being inhaled to the lungs), similar to that of a ciggie but without smelling like an ashtray.

That’s all folks… The Nfix-Mate is a really simple vape kit that can be used by beginner vapers. Vape on!

Please note:

  • You can purchase extra Nfix Replacement Pods in a three-pack which will be needed when the two pods included in the kit no longer vape well.
  • Remember to prime pods upon first use by filling the Nfix Pods with e-juice, then let them sit for five minutes before taking your first, flavoursome puff.

Warranty & Returns

At Vaporisers, we take care of all warranty claims. Our goal is to make the warranty process quick and hassle free for our customers.

To ensure that your warranty claim is handled as efficiently as possible, please keep record of your order number (located on your order or shipping confirmation emails, or by logging into your account). You won't need to register your vaporizer to make a claim.*

If your vaporizer is experiencing a fault or you believe it is not working correctly, please complete the warranty form here. Once submitted, our warranty team will contact you with all the details needed to complete your claim, including our shipping address.

A thorough assessment will be conducted on your vaporizer to confirm the fault before a replacement can be issued. Please note we don't repair vaporizers, brand new replacements are issued.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched via USPS with “signature on delivery” for security reasons. Orders dispatched daily on weekdays only (excluding public holidays) Orders received by 9am (EST) will be dispatched the same day.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your USPS tracking number after 5pm. Please check your “Inbox” and your “Junk Mail” for your tracking number as this it is an automated e-mail, Track your delivery at www.usps.com/track

When Will I Receive My Order?

  • Standard Shipping: USPS guideline is within 3-7 business days from the day your order is dispatched. If you have not received your order within 7 business days, please email us at vaporisers.com.au@gmail.com and include your confirmation number. Delivery times may take longer in some rural areas.
  • Express Shipping: USPS guideline is within 2-3 business days from the day your order is dispatched.

Delivery Notes

  • Vaporisers ships orders USA-wide only.
  • Make sure your delivery address is full and correct to avoid delays. We can deliver to PO Boxes.
  • USPS will not leave orders unattended, please ensure someone is present at your delivery address to accept your order.
  • USPS will leave a notification card if no one is present to accept your order. Please ensure your order is collected from your local Post Office within the specified timeframe on the notification card, otherwise your order will be returned to us.
  • A re-delivery fee of $14.95 will be charged to re-send your order. Orders can be delivered to your workplace.
  • Orders are packaged discreetly and the contents are not visible on your package.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Products are inspected before dispatch and packed with extra care. Upon receipt, please check your order and contact us with any issues as we cannot replace used items. If an item is defective, does not match our description, or it is not fit for its intended purpose, we will offer you a refund or exchange, but is subject to the following process:

Advise us of the issue with your order number, picture and description of the faulty item. We will supply our “order return” details. Return the item to us unused, unmarked and in its original packaging within 3 days of you receiving it.

We recommend registered post as we are not responsible for returns that we do not receive. The delivery cost to return the item to us is at your expense. Replacements will be returned to you at no additional charge.

However, If we receive an item that has been damaged, used, shows signs of wear, not in original packaging, or packaging is damaged, we reserve the right not to replace or refund the item. We will advise you in this event.

Once we have authorised a refund, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund.

Refunds will be issued in the same way that you paid for your order. If we assess the warranty claim to be valid and not caused by fault of the customer, we will send you a replacement item and cover the delivery costs.

However if no fault is found with the item, the return postage will be at the customer’s expense. Tanks and Coils:

No warranty is offered on tanks and coils as they are considered “consumables” (designed to be used and thrown away after a certain amount of uses). A DOA (dead on arrival) policy of 36 hours upon receipt applies. Liquids:

For health reasons, we do not re-sell liquids once they have left our premises. We have a strict no-return policy on Liquids.

Please choose carefully. We cannot cancel or refund an order once it has been placed. Unfortunately, products cannot be returned due to damage caused by misuse or negligence.
