If you want to cancel your order, we will do our best to stop it from shipping, but this is not guaranteed. Orders cannot be canceled once a tracking link has been generated, but they can be returned, subject to our Returns Policy. Our agents are on hand to assist with this.

The Mighty Vaporizer is a larger, more powerful, and more precise device than its little brother the Crafty. The Mighty gives you ultimate control over your vaporization experience. Made by Storz and Bickel, the Mighty Vaporizer utilizes a combination of conduction and convection heating to vaporize your dry herb or concentrates.

The conduction heating ensures vapor is created from the first draw, while the convection heating provides continuous vaporization. The energy of the conduction heating transfers to the air surrounding the dry herb, allowing for efficient convection heating to take over.

HOW TO USE THE MIGHTY VAPORIZER
Using the MIGHTY Vaporizer is simple and is great for all experince levels. With the prominent LED display and the plus and minus buttons the temperature can be set directly on the device.
A bright LED display and prominent plus and minus buttons allow for the temperature to be set directly on the device, so there’s no need to use a smartphone app to access the temperature settings.. As soon as your desired temperature is reached you’ll feel a short double-vibration from the Mighty.
But for users to dig even deeper, a Bluetooth app can be downloaded for further customization of the functions of the Mighty vaporizer.
HOW TO CLEAN & MAINTAIN THE MIGHTY VAPORIZER
Storz & Bickel knows in order for users to have a better vaping experience, cleaning is important. So they designed the Mighty easy to clean. Some maintenance after each session will help keep your vaporizer from smoking materials building up.
A main indicator that it’s time to clean your Mighty vaporizer is if you feel the airflow restricting or if you brush the top screen and the residue doesn’t come off are two signs you might need to fully clean your vaporizer. A few steps you can take to get the cleaning process started is:
- Gather cleaning supplies like isopropyl alcohol, cotton swabs and a cup.
- Take apart the Mighty vaporizer.
- Clean the cooling unit pieces in your cleaning solution for 10 minutes and rinse them in hot water after.
- To clean the oven, dip a cotton swab into alcohol and swab the oven (make sure no liquid drips into the heating element).
- Once you've dried off and reassembled your Mighty Vaporizer, crank up the temperature all the way up so it can clear any alcohol. Then, let it cool down and it’s ready for your next session!
Aside from cleaning the Mighty portable vape, we recommend you grab a Mighty Wear & Tear Set. This set allows you to make quick repairs to the Mighty so it performs like the day you got it.

The Mighty is bigger than the Crafty, but offers more durability thanks to it's size and it is still easy to carry in a bag or purse. Extra size makes room for full on-board controls, giving you the ability to have more control over your vaping experience.
MIGHTY VAPORIZER TIPS & TRICKS
If you want to extend your vaping time and avoid the 2 minute auto shut-off feature, press the orange button during a session. Another tip we have will help you keep the Mighty’s chamber clean. Instead of directly filling the chamber with your dry herbs, fill the dosing capsule, so you’ll spend less time cleaning and more time vaping. Last but not least, the Mighty supports pass-through charging, which is great because it allows you to vape while charging the vaporizer. Just plug it in, and wait around one minutes to start using it.
SHOULD YOU BUY THE MIGHTY VAPORIZER?
Since the very first iteration of the Mighty, it has been regarded as one of the best portable vapes around. Its dual-use design lets users enjoy both indoor and outdoor vapors.
The Mighty is a little bulkier than conventional vape pens, and it’s not exactly a budget-friendly option. BUT if you’re looking for a vaporizer that can deliver incredible vapor, stand the test of time, and is user-friendly, then the Mighty is the perfect choice.

Warranty & Returns
At Vaporisers, we take care of all warranty claims. Our goal is to make the warranty process quick and hassle free for our customers.
To ensure that your warranty claim is handled as efficiently as possible, please keep record of your order number (located on your order or shipping confirmation emails, or by logging into your account). You won't need to register your vaporizer to make a claim.*
If your vaporizer is experiencing a fault or you believe it is not working correctly, please complete the warranty form here. Once submitted, our warranty team will contact you with all the details needed to complete your claim, including our shipping address.
A thorough assessment will be conducted on your vaporizer to confirm the fault before a replacement can be issued. Please note we don't repair vaporizers, brand new replacements are issued.

Shipping and Delivery
Orders are dispatched via USPS with “signature on delivery” for security reasons. Orders dispatched daily on weekdays only (excluding public holidays) Orders received by 9am (EST) will be dispatched the same day.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your USPS tracking number after 5pm. Please check your “Inbox” and your “Junk Mail” for your tracking number as this it is an automated e-mail, Track your delivery at www.usps.com/track
When Will I Receive My Order?
- Standard Shipping: USPS guideline is within 3-7 business days from the day your order is dispatched. If you have not received your order within 7 business days, please email us at vaporisers.com.au@gmail.com and include your confirmation number. Delivery times may take longer in some rural areas.
- Express Shipping: USPS guideline is within 2-3 business days from the day your order is dispatched.
Delivery Notes
- Vaporisers ships orders USA-wide only.
- Make sure your delivery address is full and correct to avoid delays. We can deliver to PO Boxes.
- USPS will not leave orders unattended, please ensure someone is present at your delivery address to accept your order.
- USPS will leave a notification card if no one is present to accept your order. Please ensure your order is collected from your local Post Office within the specified timeframe on the notification card, otherwise your order will be returned to us.
- A re-delivery fee of $14.95 will be charged to re-send your order. Orders can be delivered to your workplace.
- Orders are packaged discreetly and the contents are not visible on your package.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Products are inspected before dispatch and packed with extra care. Upon receipt, please check your order and contact us with any issues as we cannot replace used items. If an item is defective, does not match our description, or it is not fit for its intended purpose, we will offer you a refund or exchange, but is subject to the following process:
Advise us of the issue with your order number, picture and description of the faulty item. We will supply our “order return” details. Return the item to us unused, unmarked and in its original packaging within 3 days of you receiving it.
We recommend registered post as we are not responsible for returns that we do not receive. The delivery cost to return the item to us is at your expense. Replacements will be returned to you at no additional charge.
However, If we receive an item that has been damaged, used, shows signs of wear, not in original packaging, or packaging is damaged, we reserve the right not to replace or refund the item. We will advise you in this event.
Once we have authorised a refund, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund.
Refunds will be issued in the same way that you paid for your order. If we assess the warranty claim to be valid and not caused by fault of the customer, we will send you a replacement item and cover the delivery costs.
However if no fault is found with the item, the return postage will be at the customer’s expense. Tanks and Coils:
No warranty is offered on tanks and coils as they are considered “consumables” (designed to be used and thrown away after a certain amount of uses). A DOA (dead on arrival) policy of 36 hours upon receipt applies. Liquids:
For health reasons, we do not re-sell liquids once they have left our premises. We have a strict no-return policy on Liquids.
Please choose carefully. We cannot cancel or refund an order once it has been placed. Unfortunately, products cannot be returned due to damage caused by misuse or negligence.
