The G Pen Roam is a portable concentrate vaporizer that delivers water filtration that’s built to last. An ergonomic design makes carrying the Roam Vaporizer easy and houses a glass hydro-tube that purifies and cools your draws. The quartz tank of the Roam does a fantastic job at saving your material’s flavor, even with the high-temperature range of 600°F to 800°F.

POWERFUL LITHIUM-ION BATTERY

Powered by a 1300mAh lithium-ion battery, the G Pen Roam charges quickly, can be used during the charging process, and stays alive for an entire day of vaping OR about 20 sessions. This battery allows for quick heat-up times and to preserve battery life, the Roam has a 30-second heat duration before it cools down. It takes around 90 minutes to charge the G Pen Roam and you can also swap out the battery to keep your sessions going.

HYDRO-TUBE FOR ON-THE-GO WATER FILTRATION 

Inside of the G Pen Roam Vaporizer's comfortable housing is their glass hydro-tube water filtration system. The hydro-tube serves as the “vapor path” for the Roam and is attached directly to the mouthpiece. Keep the hydro-tube so close to the mouthpiece G Pen ensured that you’ll get fresh draws with each pull since your vapor is going directly from the chamber to your lips, with no empty space. The G Pen Roam makes enjoying smooth concentrate draws easy.

FULL QUARTZ TANK DELIVERS FLAVORFUL VAPOR DRAWS

To help bring the flavor of your material out the G Pen Roam features a full quartz tank. Compared to titanium tanks or heating elements, quartz does a much better job of letting you taste your draws and has a faster heat up time. The Roam Vaporizer gets to temperature quickly due to the quartz tank working in conjunction with the 1300mAh battery. Even with such a high-temperature range, the Roam will let you taste your material during sessions, delivering a mix of dense clouds and tasting notes.

TEMPERATURE SETTINGS AND MAX MODE

The Roam features 3 buttons on the body, temperature controls, and a switch. The LED display shows the status of the vaporizer. You can adjust the temperature via 25 ºF intervals and can set the Roam to “Max Mode”, which is great for clearing up leftover residue after your sessions.

HOW TO USE G PEN ROAM CONCENTRATE VAPORIZER

Loading up the G Pen Roam with your favorite concentrate is easy and straightforward.

  • Press the power button five times to turn on the Roam
  • Fill the water tube up to the water fill line and reattach the mouthpiece
  • Align the mouthpiece with the housing and reattach
  • Reattach the battery
  • Open the heating chamber and load your concentrates with the loading tool

Avoid overfilling the heating chamber so it won’t clog or overflow the inlet. To adjust the temp just press the + or - buttons.

Warranty & Returns

At Vaporisers, we take care of all warranty claims. Our goal is to make the warranty process quick and hassle free for our customers.

To ensure that your warranty claim is handled as efficiently as possible, please keep record of your order number (located on your order or shipping confirmation emails, or by logging into your account). You won't need to register your vaporizer to make a claim.*

If your vaporizer is experiencing a fault or you believe it is not working correctly, please complete the warranty form here. Once submitted, our warranty team will contact you with all the details needed to complete your claim, including our shipping address.

A thorough assessment will be conducted on your vaporizer to confirm the fault before a replacement can be issued. Please note we don't repair vaporizers, brand new replacements are issued.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched via USPS with “signature on delivery” for security reasons. Orders dispatched daily on weekdays only (excluding public holidays) Orders received by 9am (EST) will be dispatched the same day.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your USPS tracking number after 5pm. Please check your “Inbox” and your “Junk Mail” for your tracking number as this it is an automated e-mail, Track your delivery at www.usps.com/track

When Will I Receive My Order?

  • Standard Shipping: USPS guideline is within 3-7 business days from the day your order is dispatched. If you have not received your order within 7 business days, please email us at vaporisers.com.au@gmail.com and include your confirmation number. Delivery times may take longer in some rural areas.
  • Express Shipping: USPS guideline is within 2-3 business days from the day your order is dispatched.

Delivery Notes

  • Vaporisers ships orders USA-wide only.
  • Make sure your delivery address is full and correct to avoid delays. We can deliver to PO Boxes.
  • USPS will not leave orders unattended, please ensure someone is present at your delivery address to accept your order.
  • USPS will leave a notification card if no one is present to accept your order. Please ensure your order is collected from your local Post Office within the specified timeframe on the notification card, otherwise your order will be returned to us.
  • A re-delivery fee of $14.95 will be charged to re-send your order. Orders can be delivered to your workplace.
  • Orders are packaged discreetly and the contents are not visible on your package.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Products are inspected before dispatch and packed with extra care. Upon receipt, please check your order and contact us with any issues as we cannot replace used items. If an item is defective, does not match our description, or it is not fit for its intended purpose, we will offer you a refund or exchange, but is subject to the following process:

Advise us of the issue with your order number, picture and description of the faulty item. We will supply our “order return” details. Return the item to us unused, unmarked and in its original packaging within 3 days of you receiving it.

We recommend registered post as we are not responsible for returns that we do not receive. The delivery cost to return the item to us is at your expense. Replacements will be returned to you at no additional charge.

However, If we receive an item that has been damaged, used, shows signs of wear, not in original packaging, or packaging is damaged, we reserve the right not to replace or refund the item. We will advise you in this event.

Once we have authorised a refund, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund.

Refunds will be issued in the same way that you paid for your order. If we assess the warranty claim to be valid and not caused by fault of the customer, we will send you a replacement item and cover the delivery costs.

However if no fault is found with the item, the return postage will be at the customer’s expense. Tanks and Coils:

No warranty is offered on tanks and coils as they are considered “consumables” (designed to be used and thrown away after a certain amount of uses). A DOA (dead on arrival) policy of 36 hours upon receipt applies. Liquids:

For health reasons, we do not re-sell liquids once they have left our premises. We have a strict no-return policy on Liquids.

Please choose carefully. We cannot cancel or refund an order once it has been placed. Unfortunately, products cannot be returned due to damage caused by misuse or negligence.
