If you want to cancel your order, we will do our best to stop it from shipping, but this is not guaranteed. Orders cannot be canceled once a tracking link has been generated, but they can be returned, subject to our Returns Policy. Our agents are on hand to assist with this.
Product Information
M Pro 3 Tank (or Mesh Pro 3 Tank) by FreeMax is suited to vapers who like powerful direct-lung (DL) vaping with lots of adjustable airflow. Hence, the 5mL vape juice capacity FreeMax Mesh Pro 3 Tank’s compatible Mesh Pro Coils are all sub-ohm and produce great vapour flavour with thick vape clouds for the cloud chasers. The wide 810 drip tip perfectly accommodates for large DL draws while the top fill lets you easily refill your e-liquid via a child-locking top cap and large fill port.
ONE MESH PRO 3 TANK, TWO SETS OF COILS
Most high-wattage, sub ohm vape tanks are only compatible with one specific coil range but not the FreeMax M Pro 3 Tank! Like it’s brothers, the original Mesh Pro Tank and Mesh Pro 2 Tank, the Mesh Pro 3 Tank uses both of their respective coil ranges to give you more choice in how you vape! Keep reading for more M Pro 3 Tank features:
- Two FreeMax Coil ranges:
- Mesh Pro 2 Coils - military stainless steel mesh and tea fibre cotton for coil longevity, and nice vapour flavour and cloud production.
- Mesh Pro Coils - kanthal double and triple mesh coils for even heating and dense vape clouds.
- Updated coil included – FMCoiltech 5.0 Double-D Mesh 0.15 ohm for increased flavour, vape clouds and heating speed.
- Certified child-safe top-fill (ISO 8317 Child Resistant) – lift top cap and slide away from red mark (indicates location of large fill port) to fill.
- 5mL vapour e-liquid capacity.

Please note:
- You may need to remove the drip tip when filling with larger e-liquid bottles, such as 100/120mL.
- We don’t recommend this tank for beginner vapers or those who like mouth-to-lung (MTL) vaping.
- It's essential to prime new coils before vaping.
- Place a few drops of vape juice in the coil centre.
- Install the coil in the tank.
- Open top cap and fill with vape juice then lock the top cap.
- Shut the airflow completely and gently take about five short draws on the drip tip. This draws e-liquid to the coil’s cotton to saturate it and avoids getting dry hits or prematurely burning your coil.
- Install the tank on a vape mod and vape on!

Warranty & Returns
At Vaporisers, we take care of all warranty claims. Our goal is to make the warranty process quick and hassle free for our customers.
To ensure that your warranty claim is handled as efficiently as possible, please keep record of your order number (located on your order or shipping confirmation emails, or by logging into your account). You won't need to register your vaporizer to make a claim.*
If your vaporizer is experiencing a fault or you believe it is not working correctly, please complete the warranty form here. Once submitted, our warranty team will contact you with all the details needed to complete your claim, including our shipping address.
A thorough assessment will be conducted on your vaporizer to confirm the fault before a replacement can be issued. Please note we don't repair vaporizers, brand new replacements are issued.

Shipping and Delivery
Orders are dispatched via USPS with “signature on delivery” for security reasons. Orders dispatched daily on weekdays only (excluding public holidays) Orders received by 9am (EST) will be dispatched the same day.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your USPS tracking number after 5pm. Please check your “Inbox” and your “Junk Mail” for your tracking number as this it is an automated e-mail, Track your delivery at www.usps.com/track
When Will I Receive My Order?
- Standard Shipping: USPS guideline is within 3-7 business days from the day your order is dispatched. If you have not received your order within 7 business days, please email us at vaporisers.com.au@gmail.com and include your confirmation number. Delivery times may take longer in some rural areas.
- Express Shipping: USPS guideline is within 2-3 business days from the day your order is dispatched.
Delivery Notes
- Vaporisers ships orders USA-wide only.
- Make sure your delivery address is full and correct to avoid delays. We can deliver to PO Boxes.
- USPS will not leave orders unattended, please ensure someone is present at your delivery address to accept your order.
- USPS will leave a notification card if no one is present to accept your order. Please ensure your order is collected from your local Post Office within the specified timeframe on the notification card, otherwise your order will be returned to us.
- A re-delivery fee of $14.95 will be charged to re-send your order. Orders can be delivered to your workplace.
- Orders are packaged discreetly and the contents are not visible on your package.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Products are inspected before dispatch and packed with extra care. Upon receipt, please check your order and contact us with any issues as we cannot replace used items. If an item is defective, does not match our description, or it is not fit for its intended purpose, we will offer you a refund or exchange, but is subject to the following process:
Advise us of the issue with your order number, picture and description of the faulty item. We will supply our “order return” details. Return the item to us unused, unmarked and in its original packaging within 3 days of you receiving it.
We recommend registered post as we are not responsible for returns that we do not receive. The delivery cost to return the item to us is at your expense. Replacements will be returned to you at no additional charge.
However, If we receive an item that has been damaged, used, shows signs of wear, not in original packaging, or packaging is damaged, we reserve the right not to replace or refund the item. We will advise you in this event.
Once we have authorised a refund, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund.
Refunds will be issued in the same way that you paid for your order. If we assess the warranty claim to be valid and not caused by fault of the customer, we will send you a replacement item and cover the delivery costs.
However if no fault is found with the item, the return postage will be at the customer’s expense. Tanks and Coils:
No warranty is offered on tanks and coils as they are considered “consumables” (designed to be used and thrown away after a certain amount of uses). A DOA (dead on arrival) policy of 36 hours upon receipt applies. Liquids:
For health reasons, we do not re-sell liquids once they have left our premises. We have a strict no-return policy on Liquids.
Please choose carefully. We cannot cancel or refund an order once it has been placed. Unfortunately, products cannot be returned due to damage caused by misuse or negligence.
