I Want to Cancel My Order:
If you want to cancel your order, we will do our best to stop it from shipping, but this is not guaranteed. Orders cannot be canceled once a tracking link has been generated, but they can be returned, subject to our Returns Policy. Our agents are on hand to assist with this.
Product Information
Mesh Pro 2 Tank (M Pro 2) by FreeMax is an updated version of the reputable Mesh Pro Tank (M Pro) and comes in the FreeMax Maxus 200W Kit. The M Pro 2 vapouriser tank has a slide-to-open, top-fill design with an updated top cap to minimise vapour e-liquid leakage in this beautiful, 5mL vape juice capacity, direct-lung (DL) vape tank with a wide 810 drip tip and adjustable airflow.
THE M PRO 2 TANK TOP-CAP MECHANISM
FreeMax applied a three-steel-ball mechanism to increase friction of the sliding top cap and avoid loosening the cap (maybe over time of use). This was done to minimise vape juice leakage and potentially make your Mesh Pro 2 Tank last longer. More features that make the M Pro Tank a great vape tank include:
- Compatibility with two FreeMax coil ranges:
- Mesh Pro 2 Coils - military stainless steel mesh and tea fiber cotton for coil longevity, and nice vapour flavour and cloud production
- Mesh Pro Coils - same as its predecessor, the Mesh Pro Tank for versatility.
- Metal body with black drip tip and child-safe, lift, then push-to-fill top cap.
- Resin body with coloured drip tip and push-to-fill top cap.
- DL vaping - perfect ample airflow, wide drip tip and high-wattage coils so you can inhale vapour straight to the lungs like taking a deep breath and breathe out a room-full of vapour...
- 5mL vapour e-liquid capacity.
- Wide 810 drip tip - allowing for maximum airflow for large vape clouds.

Warranty & Returns
At Vaporisers, we take care of all warranty claims. Our goal is to make the warranty process quick and hassle free for our customers.
To ensure that your warranty claim is handled as efficiently as possible, please keep record of your order number (located on your order or shipping confirmation emails, or by logging into your account). You won't need to register your vaporizer to make a claim.*
If your vaporizer is experiencing a fault or you believe it is not working correctly, please complete the warranty form here. Once submitted, our warranty team will contact you with all the details needed to complete your claim, including our shipping address.
A thorough assessment will be conducted on your vaporizer to confirm the fault before a replacement can be issued. Please note we don't repair vaporizers, brand new replacements are issued.

Shipping and Delivery
Orders are dispatched via USPS with “signature on delivery” for security reasons. Orders dispatched daily on weekdays only (excluding public holidays) Orders received by 9am (EST) will be dispatched the same day.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your USPS tracking number after 5pm. Please check your “Inbox” and your “Junk Mail” for your tracking number as this it is an automated e-mail, Track your delivery at www.usps.com/track
When Will I Receive My Order?
- Standard Shipping: USPS guideline is within 3-7 business days from the day your order is dispatched. If you have not received your order within 7 business days, please email us at vaporisers.com.au@gmail.com and include your confirmation number. Delivery times may take longer in some rural areas.
- Express Shipping: USPS guideline is within 2-3 business days from the day your order is dispatched.
Delivery Notes
- Vaporisers ships orders USA-wide only.
- Make sure your delivery address is full and correct to avoid delays. We can deliver to PO Boxes.
- USPS will not leave orders unattended, please ensure someone is present at your delivery address to accept your order.
- USPS will leave a notification card if no one is present to accept your order. Please ensure your order is collected from your local Post Office within the specified timeframe on the notification card, otherwise your order will be returned to us.
- A re-delivery fee of $14.95 will be charged to re-send your order. Orders can be delivered to your workplace.
- Orders are packaged discreetly and the contents are not visible on your package.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Products are inspected before dispatch and packed with extra care. Upon receipt, please check your order and contact us with any issues as we cannot replace used items. If an item is defective, does not match our description, or it is not fit for its intended purpose, we will offer you a refund or exchange, but is subject to the following process:
Advise us of the issue with your order number, picture and description of the faulty item. We will supply our “order return” details. Return the item to us unused, unmarked and in its original packaging within 3 days of you receiving it.
We recommend registered post as we are not responsible for returns that we do not receive. The delivery cost to return the item to us is at your expense. Replacements will be returned to you at no additional charge.
However, If we receive an item that has been damaged, used, shows signs of wear, not in original packaging, or packaging is damaged, we reserve the right not to replace or refund the item. We will advise you in this event.
Once we have authorised a refund, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund.
Refunds will be issued in the same way that you paid for your order. If we assess the warranty claim to be valid and not caused by fault of the customer, we will send you a replacement item and cover the delivery costs.
However if no fault is found with the item, the return postage will be at the customer’s expense. Tanks and Coils:
No warranty is offered on tanks and coils as they are considered “consumables” (designed to be used and thrown away after a certain amount of uses). A DOA (dead on arrival) policy of 36 hours upon receipt applies. Liquids:
For health reasons, we do not re-sell liquids once they have left our premises. We have a strict no-return policy on Liquids.
Please choose carefully. We cannot cancel or refund an order once it has been placed. Unfortunately, products cannot be returned due to damage caused by misuse or negligence.
